LIVE AUCTION
E-mail

Since September 2008, you have the possibility to participate in PHILATELIE MARCHAND auctions by live bidding on the Internet. You only need a computer with Internet access.
Clients who intend to bid live via the Internet for the first time have to register, and can practise on a simulator. Following your registration and after your data has been checked and acknowledged, you can bid live during the auction, just as if you were in the auction room, hear the auctioneer in your computer, follow the auction on you screen, with a picture of the auctioned lot as well as the price evolution in various currencies.

2 As usual, at Philatelie Marchand auctions each lot is auctioned individually in the auction room in Bienne.
3 Click BIDDING as soon as the lot you are interested in is offered in the auction room. The produced sound signals the auctioneer and the floor bidders that you are interested in the loot on offer.

5 If several bids from the Internet are placed simultaneously, only the bid which is received first will be accepted. If your bid was not the first to be received, it wil not be indicated. In this case, kindly place a new bid immediately.
6 If the indication GOING, GOING, GONE appears completely on the screen, the lot was knocked down either to another Internet bidder or to a floor bidder in the room in Bienne. If your bid was the last indicated on the screen, the lot was knocked down to you.
